Important Information
Oral Presentation and Audio-Visual
Oral presentations must be in English. The 4:3 aspect ratio is the most suitable size for your presentation. The 16:9 aspect ratio is also avilable, though the height becomes a little shorter than the 4:3 aspect ratio. A laptop computer and LCD projector will be available for your use at the lectern. Please bring your presentation file on a USB flashdrive only. If you require special equipment, please contact with the organizer
Poster Presentations
All posters must be displayed in English on a poster board of W900 mm x H2100 mm. We recommend your poster size as A0 (841 mm x1189 mm). The paper title, number, names, and affiliations of all authors MUST be at the top of the display. All posters should be displayed form Monday afternoon to Thursday evening. However, authors should present their posters only during a scheduled session on Monday (PXXXMON), Tuesday (PXXXTUE), or Thursday (PXXXTHR) evening (18:30-20:30). Authors who are not available on a scheduled session may present their posters on one of the other days.
Abstracts
Abstract books will not be available on-site. We encourage you to download and print out your abstracts prior to arrival or use the Wi-Fi on your electronic device to access them online.
Meeting Registration
All participants including authors and invited speakers should pay their registration fee in advance. Registration fees include all technical programs, exhibition, Sunday reception, daily coffee service, and lunch boxes (Mon. to Thur.) except for banquet on Wed. It should be noted that we have no on-site registration.

Reception
We invite all the participants to the Reception, which will take place from 18:00 to 20:00 on Sunday, June 17 at Banquet Hall Sakura in Kyoto International Conference Center.
Banquet
The Banquet will take place from 19:00 to 21:00 on Wednesday, June 20 at Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto, which located in front of Kyoto International Conference Center. Please make sure to purchase your banquet tickets(s) earlier because seating is limited (500) and tickets are required for admission!!
Photography and Recording
By attending the IMLB2018, you agree that you will not record any technical session activity, without the express written consent from the Organizer. If you violate this policy, you will be removed from the meeting and your registration will be revoked without the possibility of a refund.
